Staff isvery friendly and knowledgeable. All went very smooth from pre exam todoctor's eye exam toglass fitting. Ihighly recommend DrCourtney Stehlin and her staff.

The pre exam gentlemen was late and didn’t seem toknow what hewas doing. The sales specialist quoted mefor the highest price frames and lenses, without even asking what Imight belookingfor. Hedidn’t help mechoose frames that fit myface orseem tohave acomprehension ofthe correct terms for the different types ofprogressive lenses. Honestly Ifelt hehad little tono sales/customer service experience. The only one that seemed competent was the actual eye doctor. But she only did her part, which isunderstandable. Iended upspending $712dollars onframes and lenses asmy insurance doesn’t cover anything except the eye exam. Not sure ifI would recommend this location toanyone.… – show

The people were wonderful, especially who helpedus. Ithink her name was Nikki (had short brown hair, adtattoos). She was awesome! Very kind, patient, and helpful.

Dr was very thorough even with mehaving diabetes. Ialways have ahard time picking out frames but Nik was the BEST!! Nik picked out what would look good onme and what would bebest for myprescription & having progressive lens. I’ve never had abad experience atthe Lake StLouis location. All staff have always been friendly and nice.

My first visit here for aneye exam and contact lense fitting went great. The staff were helpful, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. Mytime there today was definitely the most positive, professional, and overall best experience I've had going tothe eye doctor. I'm very appreciative ofNik inparticular, who helped mesave more money onmy contacts order and took the time towalk methrough myreceipt and made sure Iknew what Ipaidfor, you're the best! Great experience. The doctor and staff were very helpful with myexam and selecting glasses that fit mylifestyle. They explained everything during the exam and while selecting mylens. Ijust moved tothis area and would highly recommend this location for all thier eyeglass needs.
